Lighting is another indispensable feature of your house. You go for flashes in your enjoyment room, stability in your meditating room and somber lights in bed rooms. Your living room should have a mix of natural light and fluorescent lights. That leaves you with dining space and terrace garden. Some experiment is due there.

Go for chiaroscuro lighting in these areas. This is dark and light alternation and you may place blinking lights for the effect. You may also place a mix of bulbs, fluorescents and tubes and have them lit in phases. If your dining set is in cream, this sort of lighting lends a dazzling effect.

Whatever you do, ensure that your operations don’t suffer. You may place incandescent portrait in your dining space for ensuring enough light any way. Your terrace garden does not need lighting as such and is evident from outside. Thus rack your imagination there in chiaroscuro.
