How to Install Sink Faucets

nullEven though your old faucet maybe in good condition, you may at one point like your bathroom or kitchen to have that distinctive modern look, by replacing it with a new one. So, before you remove it, turn off all the shut-off valves to reduce the water force as well as drain water left in the pipes. Use the wrench to disconnect the hot and cold lines.

Later on, take out the mounting nuts attached to the faucet and lift the faucet off the sink body. Thereafter, clean the sink before you install the new faucet. Place the new faucet in the correct level position then slide in the washers from underneath the sink and tighten well to the faucet. Afterwards, reattach the water lines, connect the main water supply line to the faucet and turn the water back on to see whether there are any leaks in the new faucet.
